Recently, Yutong Bus officially launched the overseas service brand promotional video "BETTER SERVICE, ALWAYS ENROUTE" , fully showcasing the quick, professional and attentive service philosophy under the leadership of the service brand EnRoute+, providing global customers with comprehensive solutions for the entire lifecycle of their vehicles.

The professional Yutong direct service guarantee team consists of 33 country service managers and 646 service engineers, operating year-round (365 days) in local markets to provide full lifecycle protection and support for each vehicle.

Relying on the strong supply chain system, Yutong has established a global parts supply network that includes 11 central warehouses and 92 forward warehouses. The innovative model of "Service + Training" is adopted to simultaneously improve customers' driving skills and maintenance capabilities, and rely on the IOV platform LINK+ to realize real-time monitoring of vehicle conditions and fault warning.
